Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

The service

Pure AI gives a business one inbox for the messaging channels its customers already use, with tools to assign, answer, and record the outcome of those conversations, and optional AI assistance.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what your team does in the account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Use Pure AI to hold genuine conversations with your own customers. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass, to impersonate someone, or for anything unlawful. Each connected channel has its own rules — messaging windows, limits on how many messages you may send in a row, and restrictions on starting conversations. Pure AI enforces these, and you agree not to attempt to work around them. Breaking a channel’s rules can get your account restricted by that platform.

Your content

Your messages, customers, catalogue and business knowledge remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and transmit that content so the product works. We do not use your customer conversations to train models for other customers.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and parts of it depend on third-party platforms we do not control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. You can stop using Pure AI at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts our platform integrations at risk.
